    If you have a complaint about our services, please follow these steps:
  • Submit your complaint in writing to info@portugalfuturefund.com.
  • Include all relevant details, including your contact information and the nature of your complaint.
  • We aim to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and provide a resolution within 30 business days.

    If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
